Front Left is a London-based newsletter documenting how club culture actually feels right now — from inside the dancefloor, not press releases and not an Instagram feed.
It sits somewhere between a diary, a column, and a debrief at 4am. The focus isn’t just who’s playing where, but what it’s like to be there: the people, the mood, the friction, the small moments that don’t make it into listings or line-ups.
London’s nightlife hasn’t disappeared — it’s splintered, rebuilt and reimagined in real time. Front Left exists to make sense of that. Not from a distance, but from within it.
Some weeks that means writing about packed rooms and perfect sets. Other times it means queues, comedowns, strange interactions, or the quiet realisation that things don’t feel the way they used to. The point isn’t nostalgia or hype, it’s honesty.
Whether you're a hardcore raver or just like to whack dance music on while you clean the kitchen, you're welcome here.
